BEST CULINARY ESTABLISHMENT
  1. To receive this award the Establishment must enter all 5 Classes as follows.
  • Class 1: Decorated Cake
  • Class 4: Hot Cooking – Fish fillet
  • Class 5: Hot Cooking – Poultry
  • Class 7: Hot Pasta Appetizer
  • Class 10: Iced Mocktail
  1. The Challenge Trophy will be presented to the team which accumulates the highest total aggregate points from the highest scores of the 5
  2. The Establishment must win minimum of 3 medals
  MOST OUTSTANDING CHEF  
  1. To qualify for this award the participant must enter all 3 classes as follows.
  • Class 4: Hot Cooking – Fish fillet
  • Class 5: Hot Cooking – Poultry
  • Class 7: Hot Pasta Appetizer
  1. The candidate with the highest aggregate score will be the winner
  2. A competitor must win minimum of 2 medals
